Pale is a community-rooted healing series that will be held every other Sunday evening.

Pale explores the connection between Music Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, and Art Therapy through a culturally grounded lens.  Using rhythm, movement, storytelling, visual art, and reflection, we invite you to engage in practices that support emotional awareness, stress reduction, self-expression, and social connection while honoring the cultural traditions where these healing practices come from. Pale centers the belief that healing has always existed within the community and that music, dance, and art are not separate practices, but interconnected forms of resilience and liberation.
